Choclix is inspired by my mum’s recipe book. After years of believing it lost, one day, dad simply said “I’ve got that”. I replied to him “give it to me!” This is the origin of Choclix. Growing up mum was always baking and entertaining. Her traybakes, cakes and scones were always devoured, mostly by us! Tasting them again after the recipe book was found brought memories of childhood flooding back.

About the Founder – Sally Patricia Moore
I studied a BA in Catering and Hotel Management at Glasgow Caledonia University. I had various hotel roles including work experience in a Michelin starred restaurant and kitchen. After switching to an office job and developing a successful 25-year career, a recent employment change compelled me to go back to a commercial kitchen, and it was as if it were yesterday.
